LOYALTY MEMBERSHIP'S TERMS & CONDITION

Membership of the Pet Essentials Loyalty Programme is open to customers of Pet Essentials Whangarei store. Any individual who wishes to become a Member must agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as varied from time to time. Members will be issued with a Pet Essentials loyalty card which must be presented to receive benefits.

GENERAL Pet Essentials may terminate a membership of the Pet Essentials Loyalty Programme, without notice and for any reason, including if the Member:

• Pet Essentials Loyalty Programme cards are non-transferable and remain the property of Pet Essentials.

• Pet Essentials Loyalty Programme discounts only apply to full-priced items and are not available in conjunction with other offers.

• No Pet Essentials Loyalty Programme discounts are given on purchase of gift vouchers.

• Pet Essentials may amend the benefits and discounts available from time to time. Pet Essentials will make all reasonable efforts to communicate changes using such methods including, but not limited to, Pet Essentials Loyalty Programme newsletters and the Pet Essentials website.

• Not available for lay-by purchases.

• Pet Essentials Loyalty Programme card may be used only at store of issue.

• Pet Essentials Loyalty Programme card is not transferable. PRIVACY STATEMENT

• Personal information that you supply Pet Essentials to join its loyalty programme membership is used by Pet Essentials only to send you information about Pet Essentials products and/or share pet care information.

• Pet Essentials will not share your personal information to other organisations, except third party companies which provide services on our behalf, such as website hosting, mailing and sending information about our products and special offers. We will provide those companies only the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

• If you have supplied your email address or mobile number, Pet Essentials may send you information/offers from time to time. Pet Essentials will always provide you with the option to stop these emails in future to protect your privacy.

• Pet Essentials endeavours to ensure your personal information is as accurate as possible. Please advise us if your personal details change so we can properly service your membership.

• Your rights are fully protected by the Privacy Act 1993 and as such you may request to see the personal information we hold about you at any time.

• Ceases to reside in New Zealand

• Fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions; or

• Supplies any misleading information or makes any misrepresentations to Pet Essentials or to any participating company in connection with the Pet Essentials Loyalty Programme; or

• Abuses any privilege accorded to the Member under the Pet Essentials Loyalty Programme; or

• Does not purchase for a 24 month period; or

• Becomes bankrupt or is deceased

• Pet Essentials reserves the right to charge a membership fee on renewal date. A member may at any time terminate his or her membership by giving written notice to Pet Essentials. Pet Essentials reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the Pet Essentials Loyalty Programme at any time without prior notice.
